LONG BEACH, Calif. (Feb 11, 2019) — With the Public Relations Student Society of America national case study competition commencing, our Bateman team launched their “ Diversity LB” campaign on Monday, Feb. 11, 2019 . Every year, the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) hosts a national case study competition for public relations students.
This year’s client is the PRSA Foundation, a non-profit organization that works with industry professionals to create an inclusive and diverse workplace. The Diversity LB campaign’s goal is to bring awareness to the lack of diversity in the communications and public relations field.
Throughout the next few months, our Bateman team will host a series of events and and activities to further educate students and professionals within the industry.
Their campaign will run from Feb. 11, 2019 to Mar. 11 2019.
“Awareness about the lack of diversity in the field of public relations and communications. We hope to spread the knowledge and importance of having people of diverse backgrounds in these fields and to create a lasting impact, said Ines Torres, team leader of Diversity LB.”
